Ingredients

2 medium eggs

½ red or yellow bell pepper, diced

50g feta cheese, crumbled

Handful spinach

Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

1. Preheat the air fryer to 180C.

2. Whisk the eggs together and add the other ingredients. Take the air fryer dish or use an air fryer proof dish that fits and pour the egg mixture inside.

3. Cook for 8 minutes or until fully cooked.

4. Remove from the liner, plate up and enjoy!
